Modivcare is looking for an experienced Project Manager III. You will manage all aspects of initiating, coordinating and closing assigned projects. You will lead small project teams. You will complete projects, collect performance data and report business relevant information so partners can understand, and work with team members and leadership. You will report to the Vice President of Data Management.
You will...
* Travel: 15% required.
* Organize the project initiation process for assigned project candidates including; project in-take, initial planning and estimation, business case, prioritization, development of the project charter and executive approval.
* Manage one or more assigned IT projects including; planning, execution and release, monitoring, and closing.
* Organize and administrate an assigned portfolio of IT programs for a specific senior partner.
* Effect project lifecycle including; phase and release planning, road mapping, requirements and design, high-level design and software development, and testing activities including system integration testing, acceptance testing, and performance testing.
* Lead a team of matrix (dotted line) business and IT resources to ensure success of assigned projects.
* Provide status on project and act as an escalation point.
* Collaboratively remove barriers and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, on scope and on quality.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of progressive experience leading projects.
* Broad full lifecycle project management.
* Experience managing projects in traditional waterfall, Agile frameworks and hybrid approaches.
* Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including its phases and artifacts.
* Familiarity with PPM tools including; MS Project or Jira though others acceptable.
* Experience managing medium to large-scale projects with multiple team members in a matrix environment.
* Can oversee diverse programs and individuals.
* Customer orientation.
* Leadership experience

Salary: $99,131 - $132,174 / annually
