Manager Digital Deployment

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Network Implementation, the Manager, Digital Deployment will play a key role on the Digital Transformation team to redefine non-emergency medical transportation delivery. This role will be responsible for a regional team who facilitates the training and onboarding process of transportation providers to digital solutions that allow them to efficiently and safely transport members.

The Manager, Digital Deployment is responsible for the implementation of transportation management software products to contracted transportation providers (TP) nationwide. This individual partners with state markets to understand high priority and at-risk TPs, and guides them through the digitization process by facilitating introductions to vendor partners, scheduling on-site classroom training and providing first line support through go live. The individual will at times be required to travel to the transportation companies to assist in onsite product application training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

*

Coach and guide transportation providers through digitization process, from initial vendor selection through go live and transition to business as usual
*

Maintain engaging and comprehensive toolkit of resources for end users of different skills/needs and internal team members
*

Manage tracking of TP engagement through Salesforce, responsible for teams meeting service level agreements for each step in the onboarding process
*

Build and present regular reports on progress towards digitization goals
*

Attend demos and trainings for proprietary software to transportation providers and provide feedback and coaching to team members conducting these sessions
*

Work directly with technical and operations teams to provide feedback and insight to user experience to identify process improvement opportunities

*

Ability to complete basic troubleshooting methods and provide tier I level support to our Business Partners and internal staff
*

Escalate technical bugs appropriately to tier II and III support
*

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for both internal colleagues and external partners
*

Experience

At least 2 years experience in a customer support, tier I, or tier II technical support in a supervisory position

At least 4 years performing professional services for corporate clients recommended, health care experience a plus
